Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. As the brains behind our influencer campaigns, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that reach the right people with the right message.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies across various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Foster strong relationships with influencers, negotiate contracts, and ensure mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of influencer campaigns, from planning and execution to monitoring and optimization.
  • Provide regular performance reports, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor social media to identify emerging influencers and trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Statistics, or a related field. No degree? No problem. Show us your skills through past projects.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • English B2 with a willingness to achieve C1 + Czech C1.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in influencer marketing tools and platforms like Traackr, Modash is a plus.
  • Passion for beauty, fashion, and social media trends.
