About the Role

The Commercial Contract Lead will be responsible for leading independently commercial and contract management support to internal clients. This includes analysis, reviews, drafting, and redlining contract documents and commercial proposals. The role also involves proactive management of the bid/RFP process and leading or contributing to contract and/or commercial negotiations with Capgemini clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Commercial and Contract Management (preferably with managed services) or similar area;
  • experience in drafting/reviewing IT contractual documents;
  • minimum Bachelor Degree in IT, Economics/Law/Finance/Administration or related field;
  • fluent knowledge of English (verbal and written) at C1 level;
  • other languages will be an advantage (German, French, Italian, Spanish or Dutch at minimum B2 level);
  • very good interpersonal skills: capable of interacting with internal and external Client on VP level;
  • acumen in commercial and legal aspects of contract;
  • negotiation skills;
  • leadership skills; ability to influence peer group
  • excellent attention to detail;
  • excellent communication skills;
  • ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.
