Hitachi Energy is seeking a highly skilled Technical Identity and Access Management (IAM) expert to join our team. As a key member of our IT infrastructure services, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure and efficient operation of our Directory Services.
Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure services, specifically in EntraID/Azure and Microsoft Active Directory.
- Deep technical knowledge in areas such as identities, groups, roles, RBAC, CAs, applications, MS Graph, AD service operation, Domain Controllers, GPOs, delegations, synchronization.
- Experience in identity life cycle management, access management in AD, Azure (RBAC), PowerShell scripting is required.
- Optional experience includes IAM, PAM solutions, T-SQL, and Microsoft certification.
- Previous experience in networking, security, or hosting services is an asset.
- Good written and spoken English, cultural awareness, and ability to work in a complex, multicultural team.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the continuous improvement of existing Directory Services solutions.
- Develop and implement new operational solutions based on high-level plans from Enterprise Architecture, infosec requirements, and operational considerations.
- Collaborate with global vendors to analyze problems and develop solutions.
- Evaluate business cases for changes or new services.
- Maintain daily cooperation with colleagues using the services or involved in their design and delivery.
