Lead Technical Specialist - Backend Systems">

This is a highly technical role with hands-on involvement in architecture, development, and operations. You'll lead a team of developers responsible for supplier integrations, data processing, stability, and performance.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of backend development experience, preferably in data-intensive or API-heavy systems, as well as experience leading a small engineering team or acting as a senior/lead developer.

This position involves overseeing architecture and delivery of scalable backend services handling large volumes of supplier data and API calls. You will also be responsible for ensuring high system reliability, performance, and uptime for mission-critical services.

To succeed in this role, you should have:
