Our team of accountants in Poland supports the finance department by handling routine clerical, accounting, and reporting tasks.

About the Role

• This role involves processing dynamic projects at a stable place of work, where you'll have opportunities to grow professionally and personally.
• You will be responsible for post and processing journal entries to ensure business transactions, including bank statements, credit card reconciliation, expense reports, purchase/sale invoices, running defined checks and controls, settlement of business trips, confirmation and reconciliation of balances, checking GL accounts, participating in month-closing procedures, storage and recording of source documents, control over document registers, communication with internal and external stakeholders, and keeping accounting records and reconciling them with general ledger accounts.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Reporting.
• Knowledgeable in general accounting principles, including Polish GAAPs, Polish VAT, and CIT regulations.
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Accurate and focused on managing routine workflows.
• Flexible, proactive, and possess an international mindset.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Analytical with high attention to detail.
• Skilled in communication with an Intermediate+ English level.
