Senior IT Business Analyst in Healthcare ERP

  • Gather detailed healthcare-specific requirements through stakeholder meetings and workshops.
  • Translate complex hospital operational needs into structured documentation (Epics, Features, User Stories, technical stories, and spikes).
  • Lead process mapping and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Support stakeholders in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), proactively addressing identified gaps.
  • Effectively manage incidents through identification, prioritization, documentation, and resolution to ensure minimal operational disruption.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of business requirements.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a robust backlog of user stories and features.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in a distributed team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer in IT.
  • Comprehensive understanding and practical experience in all business analysis process development phases.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with distributed teams.
  • Proven experience in effective backlog management.
  • Significant experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps and SAFe framework.
