About the Role:

We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to drive the development of our employer brand through both internal and external initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the Hungarian market and be interested in working with an international team of professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contributing ideas to support marketing efforts and boost company awareness and talent loyalty
  • Managing local vendor partnerships for outdoor, radio, press, and print advertising campaigns
  • Ensuring consistent, high-quality communication delivery across all channels
  • Coordinating employer brand activities, including events, creative activations, and other visibility initiatives
  • Leveraging influencer marketing strategies to enhance campaign performance
  • Supporting the creation of branded merchandise and marketing materials for HR and PR needs
  • Working closely with designers, copywriters, and the digital marketing team to align communication strategy with recruitment goals
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and candidate behavior to refine campaign performance and optimize results

Requirements:

  • A higher education degree in marketing, communications, or management
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in employer branding, marketing, or communications
  • A strong understanding of the Hungarian market and local media/communication trends
  • Experience with influencer marketing, vendor collaboration, and creative project management
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail
  • The ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and keep projects on schedule
  • Excellent communication skills and a creative, proactive mindset
  • Languages: English and Hungarian - B2 level or higher
