Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Senior Creative Designer to support the Creative Lead in executing the creative vision and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design outputs that align with the firm's brand and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring all creative outputs align with brand standards and strategic objectives.
  • Creative Concept Development: Interpret design briefs and develop compelling visual concepts across multiple media formats.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver impactful design solutions.
  • Asset Production: Oversee the production of creative assets for both internal and client-facing projects.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and support junior designers, ensuring consistency and quality across all design work.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to major brand initiatives, marketing campaigns, and strategic projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, including experience with digital templates.
  • Experience in working with senior stakeholders and contributing to high-impact branding initiatives.
