Engineering Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Backend Team Leader to lead and manage a high-performing engineering team of 45 developers across frontend and backend domains.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and scale our data collection platform, tackle complex large-scale engineering problems with creative and scalable solutions, collaborate closely with Product Managers and other Engineers to deliver real value to customers.

You will optimize engineering processes, tools, and workflows to enhance team productivity and delivery, analyze and improve performance, scalability, and reliability of our SaaS products and infrastructure.

A strong understanding of SQL, Athena, or BigQuery, proficiency in Java, Go, Clojure, and experience working with large-scale SaaS production environments and data systems is required.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kafka, AWS SQS, Kubernetes (K8s), PostgreSQL, and event-driven architectures. You will also stay current with new technologies and evaluate them to improve our platform and workflows.
