User Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished professional to oversee the transfer of users from our existing data analytics platform to a new, future-state data platform. This strategic role demands strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills, ideally with experience in banking or financial services.

  • 5+ years of experience in IT applications management or project/change management in Finance
  • Proven experience in leading user migrations or platform transitions
  • Good understanding of data analytics platforms or similar banking applications
  • Familiarity with data governance principles
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio)
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage individuals effectively

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the migration of users from the existing data analytics platform to the new data platform
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive user migration strategy
  • Coordinate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption
  • Document and manage risk logs, track progress, and report on migration status
  • Ensure alignment with Target Operating Model implementation
  • Support change management activities and stakeholder engagement
  • Maintain high-quality documentation and presentations for internal and external audiences
