Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead AI Technical Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching junior members of staff, developing and implementing cutting-edge AI proof-of-concept projects and enterprise solutions, and providing technical delivery lead/management experience.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in modern programming languages, expertise in software development best practices, and experience with cloud services offerings. Strong skills in mentoring, technical delivery, agile methodologies, and stakeholder communication are essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical degree in Computer Science or related field
- Industry experience or example of personal AI projects
- Azure, AWS, or GCP experience
- One or more of C#/.NET Core, Python, or Go
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English)
- Experience writing technical documentation
- Understanding of agile release management
- Previous development experience with modern programming languages
- Understanding of best practice; design patterns, SOLID principles, etc.
- Understanding of Cloud Architecture Patterns
