Software Developer Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer to join our Web development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining modern web applications, as well as developing and expanding UI component libraries.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various teams to extend products and gain insights into the company's overall stack and solutions.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably Vue.js, and strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 skills. They should also be familiar with technologies and tools used in web app development, including RESTful APIs, SQL, NoSQL databases, and automation tools such as Unit and End-to-End tests.

In addition to technical expertise, we are looking for a candidate who can take ownership and pride in their work, with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain modern web applications using JavaScript frameworks and front-end development best practices
  • Develop and expand UI component libraries to enhance user experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate products and deliver business outcomes
  • Maintain and improve existing codebase to ensure delivery on agreed time frames while delivering quality code that is well designed, documented, and tested
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices
  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably Vue.js
  • Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 skills
  • Familiarity with technologies and tools used in web app development
  • Ability to develop and interact with RESTful APIs
  • Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, and automation tools such as Unit and End-to-End tests
