Job Title: Frontend Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Frontend Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing modular and scalable front-end architectures, including microfrontend strategies to ensure seamless integration with back-end systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and Implementing Front-end Architectures: Define and implement modular and scalable front-end architectures to meet the needs of our complex applications.
  • Leading Development Teams: Guide development teams in leveraging deep knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React, to drive innovation and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Maintaining Code Quality: Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development workflows across teams to maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Optimizing Performance: Drive optimization of application performance, ensure accessibility compliance, and promote secure coding practices across all layers of the stack.
  • Providing Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to ensure team growth and high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborating with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend/frontend teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Task Planning and Coordination: Assist in backlog grooming, task decomposition, and implementation planning to ensure logical sequencing of tasks and consider dependencies and team capacity.
  • Effective Communication: Clearly articulate architectural decisions, trade-offs, and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in front-end architecture and large-scale application development.
  • Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience with microfrontend frameworks and scalable front-end design.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and performance monitoring tools.
  • Deep understanding of web performance, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Experience working with or building design systems.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures and deployment strategies.
  • Proven track record in designing and maintaining high-availability systems in production environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
