We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our Client's team in Poland. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for accurately processing payroll, maintaining and updating records, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll, including wages, bonuses, deductions, overtime, and statutory payments
  • Maintain and update payroll records to ensure data accuracy and alignment with legal requirements
  • Generate reports, analyze payroll metrics, and handle payroll tax filings and statutory declarations
  • Address employee payroll inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with HR and Finance as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Familiarity with Płatnik, PUE, and Simple ERP
  • Strong understanding of Polish payroll and tax regulations
