Big Data Expert Wanted

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to design and develop large-scale data processing systems using Scala and Spark.

Job Overview
  • This role requires expertise in big data technologies, including Hadoop and Elasticsearch.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Scala, Spark, and Agile methodologies.

The selected individual will contribute to the development of cloud-based applications using GCP.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Designing and implementing data processing pipelines through Spark Shell.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement Agile Scrum methodologies.
  3. Conducting data analysis in one of the largest Datalakes in the world.
  4. Using AirFlow to validate tests written by the team.
Requirements
  • Excellent understanding of Scala and Spark programming languages.
  • Experience working with big data technologies (Hadoop, Elasticsearch).
  • Knowledge of cloud-based platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment.
