Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Chief AI Research Director to lead our AI and Security research initiatives. This strategic leadership role will involve overseeing internal and external research teams, defining objectives, and building relationships with academic and industrial research partners.

  • Synthesize insights from global research trends and set a clear vision for the company's research agenda.
  • Build and manage a high-performing internal research team of 10–20 members.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external research laboratories, academic institutions, and industrial partners.
  • Drive the development of groundbreaking solutions in federated AI, advanced security, and digital identity.
  • Collaborate with other senior leaders to align research goals with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Leadership experience in managing research teams and projects.
  • Research and development experience in AI and/or cybersecurity.
  • Strong understanding of AI research areas, including knowledge graphs, federated AI, and graph neural networks.
  • Expertise in advanced security architectures and their integration with AI systems.
  • Ability to build and maintain academic and industrial research collaborations.
