Senior Test Automation Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our end-to-end testing process for web and mobile applications.

  • Expertise in automated testing for mobile and web applications using Java or Python programming languages is required.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) and version control systems (e.g., Git) is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of test management tools and methodologies is necessary.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks (e.g., Cucumber) is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to clarify requirements, define testing strategies, and prepare and execute automated UI and API test scripts.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end testing process for web and mobile applications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to clarify requirements and define testing strategies.
  • Prepare and execute automated UI and API test scripts, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Oversee defect management and ensure timely resolution.
  • Mentor and support team members, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report testing progress using test metrics.
  • Evaluate existing solutions and recommend enhancements.
  • Ensure effective communication with management and business teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in QA team leadership and managing testing processes across the software development lifecycle.
  • Expertise in automated testing for mobile and web applications.
  • Strong programming skills in Java or Python.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of test management tools and methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks (e.g., Cucumber).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
