Job Overview

About the Role
  • Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the regional recruitment team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Talent Strategy Development: Develop and implement resourcing and attraction strategies to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for our business needs.
  • Talent Analysis: Analyze talent needs and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
  1. End-to-End Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across the CE region, from initial job postings to candidate onboarding.
  2. Employer Branding: Design and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance our company's reputation as an employer.
  3. Candidate Experience: Ensure that all candidates receive a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.
  4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with senior leadership and local People teams to support their recruitment needs and provide strategic guidance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Languages: Fluent English knowledge.
