- Employer Branding: Design and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance our company's reputation as an employer.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure that all candidates receive a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with senior leadership and local People teams to support their recruitment needs and provide strategic guidance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Languages: Fluent English knowledge.
