About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT recruiter to join our team as an Expert IT Talent Acquisitions Specialist. As a key member of our recruitment department, you will be responsible for identifying top talent in the IT sector and contributing to our company's growth and success.

In this role, you will work closely with resource managers to identify hiring needs, collaborate with other recruiters to optimize recruitment processes, interact with candidates during the recruiting process, and contribute to employer branding. Your expertise in IT recruitment will enable you to attract and select the best candidates for our open positions.

This is a full-time on-site position in our modern office located in the heart of Budapest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct active searches for top IT talent across various channels and platforms.
  • Collaborate with resource managers to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruiting process.
  • Utilize your expertise in IT recruitment to evaluate candidate qualifications and make recommendations for hire.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective recruitment processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within international environments and teams.
  • Strong knowledge of IT recruitment platforms, sources, and tools, including LinkedIn and ATS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Hungarian and English languages (B2+ / C1 level).
