About the Role


We are seeking a skilled UX Researcher to join our team at Make. As a UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in understanding our customers' needs and preferences, and use this knowledge to inform product decisions.


Key Responsibilities



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs and develop a research plan
  • Conduct usability studies, customer interviews, and other research approaches to gather customer insights
  • Analyze research data to identify trends and patterns, and develop recommendations for product improvement
  • Communicate research findings to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and other formats

Requirements



  • Minimum 4 years of experience in UX research
  • Written and verbal fluency in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with research tools and methods, such as usability testing and survey design
