Customer Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Researcher to join our team as a Customer Insights Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research to gain a deeper understanding of our customers' needs and behaviors. You will work closely with our Product, Design, and Engineering teams to identify research needs and create a program of work based on business priorities and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct usability studies, customer interviews, and other approaches to gather customer insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synthesize research findings and inform design decisions
  • Develop and maintain research processes and tools to improve overall research quality and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in UX Research
  • Written and verbal fluency in English
  • Ability to represent our different users to reveal deep insights about how they work and think about automations
  • Comfort in synthesizing various research needs into a coherent program of work
