As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to the recruitment team by completing designated activities within agreed timeframes. This includes conducting phone pre-screening calls with candidates, maintaining and working with a candidate database, assisting with active search (LinkedIn, profession.hu), and acting as a first point of contact for applicants. Additionally, you will represent NIX company on job fairs and at company's events.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Excellent communication skills
- Mandatory knowledge of Ukrainian and English languages (at least Upper Intermediate)
