NIX Tech Kft., a leading global supplier of software engineering and IT outsourcing services, is seeking an experienced IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its team in Budapest.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing critical support to the recruitment team by completing designated activities within agreed timeframes.

This includes conducting thorough phone pre-screening calls with candidates, maintaining and working with a candidate database, and assisting with active search on LinkedIn and profession.hu. Additionally, the Recruitment Support Professional will act as the first point of contact for applicants and represent NIX at job fairs and company events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing support to the recruitment team.
  • Conducting phone pre-screening calls with candidates.
  • Maintaining and working with a candidate database.
  • Assisting with active search on LinkedIn and profession.hu.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for applicants.
  • Representing NIX at job fairs and company events.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent English (at least B2).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Organised and proactive approach.
  • Detail-oriented mindset.
