Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Transition Manager to join our team at Sii Polska. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless transition of business processes from local teams to our Global Business Services (GBS) center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Documentation: Ensure that process documents, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process maps, are accurately prepared and up-to-date.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including local teams and trainers, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent disruptions to the transition process.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with trainers to design and deliver training sessions to ensure smooth transition of knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
