IT Event Management Professional">

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Event Management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing IT events, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • Manage and oversee IT events, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless event management and incident resolution.
  • Develop and implement ITIL processes and best practices to improve event management.
  • Monitor and analyze event data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on event status and performance.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of IT event management processes and recommend improvements.

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and event coordination.
  • Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and certification is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage virtual teams.
