Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our real estate investment team, you will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with senior team members to analyze and evaluate real estate investment opportunities.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to provide insights for investment strategies.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and presenting real estate data for valuations, acquisitions, and disposals.
  • Preparing cash flow models to assess real estate investment opportunities and support key decisions.
  • Creating materials for Board decision-making, focusing on real estate investments.
  • Supporting due diligence by reviewing real estate market trends and financial data.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to complete real estate projects and reports on time.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • 2-4 years of experience in commercial real estate, with knowledge of property valuations, acquisitions, and disposals.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude toward learning and problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to explain real estate investment concepts to different stakeholders.
