Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in upholding the quality of our software and customer experience.

The primary objective is to identify and prevent defects from being introduced, ensuring that our software is fit for purpose.

You will be responsible for evaluating user story requirements for testability, driving the QA domain, and participating in team ceremonies.

Key tasks include producing comprehensive test cases, regression packs, and manual/automated tests. Additionally, you will ensure acceptance criteria are met through testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Analyzing business requirements and translating them into concrete, repeatable test cases
  • Hands-on experience with Database Testing using SQL, and API testing using tools such as Postman, Insomnia, TestRail, X-Ray or similar
  • Basic knowledge of Git
  • Exposure to JIRA
  • Experience of writing, testing, and validating acceptance criteria
  • Experience of producing and maintaining test documentation and other test artefacts

This role requires strong communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in agile teams.
