  • At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end process knowledge within Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
  • Strong background in process design, documentation preparation, and process mapping using Visio or Aris.

  • Familiarity with non-ERP process supporting tools such as Opentext, Ariba, Coupa, Service Now, Zendesk, etc.

The P2P Transformation Consultant supports clients in innovating and developing new strategies, services, and products. They design and implement new business and operating models, bringing to life the organizations of the future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in projects related to target operating model design, process design, process, and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS / SSC setup, automation potential assessment, ERP/Platform solutions implementation, RPA implementation, transition, training delivery, change management, and similar.
  • Support Target Operating Model and Process Design workshops, documenting agreed solutions and decisions.
  • Provide improvement recommendations to steer clients in their transformation journey.
  • Interact with Client Subject Matter Experts and collaborate with the Client to complete assigned deliverables.
  • Stay up-to-date with technological developments, suggesting improvements within the given area of expertise.
  • Build knowledge and understanding of market-leading assets and methods such as Digital Global Enterprise Model (DGEM), ESOAR transformation method, RPA Technologies, etc.
