We are seeking a talented Electronics Specialist to join our team at Antal, a global leader in recruitment and HR consulting. In this role, you will design electronics for mass production, ensuring high quality and durability in demanding conditions.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in EMI/EMC-compliant design and knowledge of Functional Safety ISO26262 and FMEDA are also essential. Additionally, proficiency in CAD software, MS Office, and simulation tools is required.

A competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $100,000 to $140,000 per year, is offered. Benefits include private medical care for the employee and their family, subsidy for a sports card, group insurance for employees' children, flexible working hours, and hybrid work arrangements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing complete schematics, finalizing Bill of Materials (BOM), preparing documentation in accordance with product development procedures, collaborating with the ECAD team on PCB design, and supporting validation and production teams during testing.
