We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Infrastructure Specialist to join our TechOps team, focusing on internal IT infrastructure, including Linux servers, networking, and supporting our engineering and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing and maintaining robust technical infrastructure
  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues in various OS environments, including Linux, macOS, and Windows
  • Administering services and servers, including virtualization, containerization, and backup management
  • Providing expert-level networking knowledge, including HTTP, DNS, SMTP, and TCP/IP protocols
  • Utilizing monitoring solutions, such as Zabbix, to ensure optimal system performance

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with cloud service administration, including AWS, GCP, and Azure
  • Expertise in assessing security risks and vulnerabilities of system changes
  • Knowledge of databases, including Postgres and MySQL
