Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Identity Architect to design and implement secure, scalable, and user-friendly customer identity architectures.

About the Role:

You will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer identity strategy, blending technical expertise with strategic leadership to ensure seamless user experiences while safeguarding data and privacy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own technical strategies for Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) and Customer Identity Governance & Administration (CIGA), aligned with Zero Trust Architecture principles.
  • Collaborate with IT, legal, compliance, product, and other departments to advocate for solutions that balance security with exceptional user experiences.
  • Serve as a consultative subject matter expert, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
  • Conduct industry research to stay ahead of emerging threats and regulations, such as GDPR and FCA requirements.
  • Design, evaluate, and implement secure, enterprise-class customer identity systems in collaboration with application, security, and infrastructure teams.
  • Document and refine standards, frameworks, and strategies for CIAM and CIGA, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Lead cross-functional architecture review sessions, present initiatives, and actively manage CIAM/CIGA-related projects.
  • Conduct security assessments and assist in mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
