Job Description:

As a SAP transformation expert, you will play a key role in driving digital innovation and strategic growth within an organization.

Our ideal candidate possesses a strong background in SAP S4/HANA, with experience in implementing cloud migration, strategic technology transformation, and financial domain solutions. Proficiency in SAP finance and controlling, as well as FICO domain best practices, is highly valued.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 4 years in a consultancy or in-house consulting team with a focus on strategic transformation projects.
  • Personal consulting experience with CFOs in organizations, as well as thought partnership and advisory services on current trends in technology strategy, enterprise transformation, cloud, and SAP S4/HANA.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in English-speaking international environments.
  • Pronounced willingness to travel for cross-divisional strategic transformation and improvement projects (up to 30% of total time).
  • Proficient knowledge of SAP S4/HANA, cloud migration, and strategic technology transformation in the financial domain.
  • Good understanding of SAP S4/HANA best practices in the FICO domain and up-to-date knowledge of trends around technologies and business processes.
  • Understanding of improvements and value proposition of SAP in the FICO domain.
  • Leadership skills and experience in personnel responsibility, team leadership, and building high-performing teams.
