S/4 Hana Program Manager co-lead (Functional Streams)

This role will be instrumental in ensuring timely and qualitative deliveries of the blueprints, conducting fit-to-template workshops, data migration planning together with the data migration partner (SAP) and test planning together with the test management team.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and coordinate activities with functional teams, ensuring alignment with program goals and timelines.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address concerns and ensure smooth adoption of new processes.

Risk Management

  • Identify and mitigate program risks.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Provide regular updates and reports aligned with the Program Manager.

Program Methodology & SAP Best Practice

  • Ensure adherence to Vattenfall internal methodology and SAP Activate.
  • Promote compliance with SAP best practices across all streams.

Data Migration Planning

  • Oversee the data migration process and coordinate with the Data Migration Partner (SAP).

Test Planning

  • Oversee testing processes and align with the Test Management team.
