The Role

We're seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our Data Central team. As an AI/ML Model Developer, you'll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, training, and fine-tuning machine learning models that handle large datasets. Your primary focus will be on developing forecasting models based on economic trends, consumer behavior, and internal/external data points.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and implement machine learning models for forecasting demand trends and improving inventory control.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions regarding frameworks and tech stacks for solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI/ML capabilities with business goals.
  • Develop natural language processing models for content generation and personalization.
  • Lead experiments to assess the latest advancements in AI/ML and adapt them to product needs.
  • Mentor a team in the field of AI/ML.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Python programming language.
  • Strong experience in AI, data analysis, and machine learning.
  • Knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and other popular machine learning frameworks.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, Microsoft Azure services, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
