About the Job

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Professional to join our organization.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in working in commercial or contract environments, drafting and reviewing contractual documents or procedure documentation.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience and a bachelor's degree in Economics/IT/Law /Finance/Administration/Philology or other relevant field are required.
  • A very good verbal and written knowledge of English (min. B2 level) is essential.
  • The successful candidate will be able to manage various tasks and projects simultaneously and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently create and update contractual deliverables such as the contract and commercial handbook, obligation matrix, contract awareness deck, and various logs/trackers.
  • Engage in contract data gathering activities and ensure record retention as per Contract Management processes.
  • Support senior team members and clients in different ad hoc requests, analysis, and contract query resolution.
  • Use a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool proficiently.
  • Cooperate with internal stakeholders.
  • Draft and review contractual change documents or statements of work/work orders.
