AI Governance Specialist

We are looking for a skilled AI Governance Specialist to join our team. As an AI Governance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the development and use of AI/ML models across the organization are compliant, secure, and well-governed.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Model Risk Management: Collaborate with cybersecurity specialists, data scientists, and project managers to support the full model governance lifecycle—helping maintain regulatory standards, model integrity, and process efficiency in a highly dynamic and innovative environment.
  • Governance and Compliance: Review AI/ML model use cases for compliance with governance standards, manage model inventory, validation tracking, and change controls.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document model lifecycle information and ensure audit readiness, prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal governance, communicate with stakeholders across cybersecurity and risk teams.

Requirements:
  • Audit and Compliance**: Familiarity with regulatory requirements and audit expectations.

  • Cybersecurity**: Experience working in or with cybersecurity, compliance, or risk teams.
