  • Understanding of model risk, governance, or AI/ML lifecycle
  • Experience working in or with cybersecurity, compliance, or risk teams
  • Familiarity with regulatory and internal audit expectations

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple governance tasks
  • Experience supporting Agile or project-based environments
  • A proactive, analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of inventory management practices
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
It is a strong plus if you have:
  • Background in data science, computer science, or cybersecurity
  • Experience with GRC platforms or model management tools
  • Knowledge of Python or scripting for automation
  • Familiarity with cloud-based systems and cybersecurity tools
  • Previous exposure to financial services or banking environments

As a Cybersecurity Model Governance Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution undergoing an exciting transformation in digital security and AI integration. You'll be joining their Cybersecurity Science & Analytics team, where you will help ensure that the development and use of AI/ML models across the organization are compliant, secure, and well-governed. This role involves collaborating with cybersecurity specialists, data scientists, and project managers to support the full model governance lifecycle—helping maintain regulatory standards, model integrity, and process efficiency in a highly dynamic and innovative environment.
