Administrative Assistant - Customer Support

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in providing excellent customer service.

About the Role:
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing paperwork.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to queries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring up-to-date information is always available.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by collaborating with colleagues and communicating effectively.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in customer-facing position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
