As a Senior Business Analyst at Netguru, you'll play a key role in shaping and optimizing our retail portfolio with a focus on e-commerce. You'll collaborate closely with project and product managers as well as engineering leads to design and deliver innovative solutions.

• Lead the analysis and planning of initiatives that elevate customer engagement and business performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and implement solutions that leverage data analytics and AI.
• Drive the integration of core retail technologies within a composable commerce framework.
• Ensure alignment with MACH principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, and Headless) for modularity, scalability, and seamless user experiences.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years as a Business Analyst in e-commerce, PIM, or retail.
• Practical experience working with PIM systems (e.g., Pimcore, Akeneo).
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Saleor, Medusa, Magento, Shopify, Commercetools).
• Experience in analyzing business processes in retail (product management, omnichannel, customer loyalty).
• Work in a pre-sales model (supporting sales, gathering pre-sales requirements).
• Understanding of implementation and integration processes (ERP, CRM, PIM, marketplace).
• Business process modeling (BPMN, UML).
• Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
• Basic knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Ability to work with analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, GA4, Looker).
• Agile / Scrum / SAFe – experience in agile project environments.
• Proficiency in JIRA / Confluence.

• Experience in designing loyalty programs (e.g., Open Loyalty).
• Knowledge of AI solutions for e-commerce (e.g., AI-powered chatbots, product recommendations).
• Background in data governance (product data management, quality-focused approach to PIM).
• Experience with headless commerce (e.g., Saleor, Medusa).

• Proactiveness and ability to work independently.
• Ability to simplify complex processes and present them in an accessible manner.
