Job Description:
">As a Software Analyst, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer support and maintaining business processes in FIS applications.

The ideal candidate should have experience in application support, incident management, and software development. Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, VBA, Bash, .NET, or Perl is an asset. Additionally, experience with Power Automate workflows creation and Unix user skills are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and route incoming incidents to provide highly visible customer support
  • Setup, integrate, and define parameters for new application releases
  • Maintain business processes and technical components in FIS applications
  • Invent and implement new ideas to automate existing processes
  • Analyze, check, and solve assigned daily issues or route them to the proper department

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Banking, or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
  • Experience in application support and incident management
  • Knowledge of programming languages and Power Automate workflows creation (asset)
  • Unix user skills and experience in finance and/or banking sector (asset)
