Job Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the position of Junior Security Analyst.

The ideal candidate will have:

At least 1 year of experience in security analysis
Technical knowledge of OWASP top 10 and CVSS frameworks
Familiarity with both Windows and Linux systems
Good programming and debugging skills with at least 1 programming language
Proficiency in English that enables effective communication in an international environment, especially about security threats nature, explaining consequences of threats, and explaining mitigation steps
Ability to debug and find solutions under pressure
Ability to guide the team into direction to address security issues
Ability to help on-call (around one bigger incident per month)
Ability to cover processes and services in the EST time zone
Ability to context switch - especially when a lot of priority events happen

As a Junior Security Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Evaluating vulnerability reports assessing their validity, risk, and severity
Engaging with development teams and team leads to request additional information on reports as needed and provide guidance on implementing security solutions
Reacting on threats alerts
Facilitating clear, efficient communication between development teams to ensure security risks are addressed
Identifying and addressing issues proactively, embracing teamwork in our distributed environment to meet challenges and achieve success collaboratively
