  • Graduation/Post-Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Proficiency in scripting, workflows, and integrations on ServiceNow.
  • Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ITSM and ITOM processes.
  • Experience in consulting for large implementation projects
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent English communication and collaboration abilities. Fluency in German will be a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Occasional trips to Germany
