Lead GenAI Engineer

What we’re looking for 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a lead or architect-level role. Strong proficiency in C#, Python, and Azure services (App Services, Functions, Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI). Proven, hands-on experience designing and implementing AI or GenAI solutions — such as LLM integrations, chatbots, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or other large-scale AI applications. Deep understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, and secure, scalable cloud architecture. Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. Solid knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, data modeling, and performance optimization. Ability to translate business needs into technical designs for AI-driven systems. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams. Hands-on mindset — willing to code, prototype, and troubleshoot alongside the team.   Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft Bot Framework, LangChain, or similar chatbot frameworks. Familiarity with vector databases, prompt engineering, or fine-tuning LLMs. Background in scaling AI platforms in enterprise environments.
