Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in financial services, fintech, acquiring, or PSP. Strong understanding of payment processing, merchant onboarding, and card transaction flows (Visa / Mastercard). Knowledge of chargeback procedures and customer verification processes (KYC / AML). Proven ability to manage relationships with merchants, PSPs, and financial institutions, including high- and mid-risk segments. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts simply. Highly motivated, target-driven professional with a track record of exceeding sales goals. Fluent in English and Polish (other CEE languages are a plus). Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events. We are seeking two dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialists to join our growing fintech team.We’re looking for professionals with hands-on experience in financial services, acquiring, or PSP (Payment Service Provider) environments — especially in cross-border payments or low-risk e-commerce markets across Poland, Romania, Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, and the Czech Republic. The ideal candidates combine a strong commercial mindset with a deep understanding of payment ecosystems — including merchant onboarding, transaction processing, and compliance standards — and can translate that expertise into successful business growth.
