Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a strategic HR role with strong exposure to Sales or Commercial organizations. Proven track record in supporting international sales teams, ideally in a B2B or industrial environment. Strong business acumen and understanding of sales dynamics, market structures, and customer needs. Strategic and hands-on approach to HR with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication and intercultural skills. Fluency in English is required; German is a strong asset. Additional languages are a plus.
