Your career opportunity

We are looking for a Testing Lead to join the Digital Business Automation team within CTO Infrastructure. You will be responsible for defining and maintaining the testing strategy across a portfolio of automation and file transfer services that operate globally and span various technologies — including Linux/Oracle-based platforms, mainframe systems, and microservices on Internal Cloud. In this role, you will guide the implementation of best practices, introduce automation, and support teams in achieving consistent, high-quality delivery. This is a hands-on, individual contributor position with a strong focus on influencing engineering behaviours and ensuring that testing becomes an integral part of our software lifecycle.
