MSc in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Quantitative Finance/Economics/Marketing, or a related discipline. 3+ years of experience in data-related roles. Reach practical experience in at least one, preferably two, of the following areas: machine learning, generative AI, forecasting, or mathematical optimization. Proficiency in Python and SQL. Experience in using a version control system. Familiarity with generative AI, e.g. understanding of the technology, its strengths and weaknesses, application areas, prompt engineering, context engineering. Ability to write production grade code using object-oriented programming paradigm. Experience scaling products from initial concept to production. Solid experience with data science frameworks such Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Spark. Experience with cloud computing platforms, specifically Azure or AWS. Solid experience in data analysis, debugging, experiment design, and evaluation. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Interpersonal and communication skills, active listening, consulting, challenging, presentation skills. Ability to work independently on advanced analytics IT products. Fluent in English, both written & spoken. Nice to have: Experience with generative AI models and applications. Experience with AI solutions such as Vector Stores, Apache Spark, PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Familiarity with Databricks.
