You’ll combine performance marketing expertise, creative strategy, and funnel optimization to uncover new opportunities for revenue growth — directly impacting our business results. ✨ The ideal profile: 3+ years of experience in performance marketing with strong expertise in creative strategy and funnel optimization (app or web). Proven track record of driving revenue growth through data-informed marketing and cross-functional leadership. Strategic thinker with hands-on analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear business impact. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluent in English (B2+). Adaptability, ownership, and a bias toward action in fast-changing environments. ✨In your first three months you will: Build a deep understanding of our products, audiences, and growth levers. Take full ownership of one of the core growth streams — from strategy to execution — hitting ROI and revenue targets.
