Senior Motion Designer @ Welltech

What We're Looking For We are currently looking for an experienced and talented Senior Motion Designer to join our team to play an integral part in the Creative Production team. You will work closely with the marketing team, video producers and other key stakeholders to brainstorm and create high-quality video content that reflects business priorities. Required skills Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Motion Designer. Strong portfolio demonstrating both motion fluency and excellent static design fundamentals including composition, color, typography and visual hierarchy — we’re looking for motion designers who are also great designers Experience working with Figma Ability to work with AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Sora, ChatGPT, suno.ai Bonus: Experience with video automation techniques (expressions, MOGRTs, Essential Graphics, etc.) Communication and Collaboration Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely. Self-driven and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.
