We're now looking for a contract-based Team Lead - a strong technical expert who can lead projects, mentor developers, and shape smart architecture decisions. This is a fully remote and hourly-paid role.
Your Role
As our Tech Lead on contract, you'll work closely with our dev team and product stakeholders to ensure everything we ship is fast, clean, and scalable.
Compensation
– $25–37/hour - depending on experience and seniority
– For reference: working 160 hours/month (full-time) would equal up to ~$4000 - $6000/month
– 100% remote with flexible working hours
– Results-focused culture with no micromanagement
